What are the requirements of renting a car?
Driver must produce a valid driver’s license and identity card (locals), or international driver’s license translated in English with passport (foreigners). Minimum age is a 20, and maximum is 70 years old. A minimum of 2-years qualified driving experience is required.

What does the car rental rate include?
Rates generally include maintenance and unlimited mileage. Our rates are subject to insurance and 6% Goods and Services Tax with effect from 1 April 2015. 

What is your cancellation policy? 
All cancellation must be notified within 48-hours of the booking date or booking deposit will be forfeited

Can I drop the car off at a different location? 
Yes and charges for delivery/collection services will apply. Rate would differ according to location. 

I need to add accessory items to my booking 
It is advisable to reserve any accessory items i.e. child seat, GPS or Smart Tag 3-days in advance prior to collection of the car. They can also be hired on arrival when you collect your car, however it is subject to availability of stock.

Can I drop off the car earlier than it is stated on my reservation form? Do I get a refund for unused days? 
You can return the vehicle earlier than was reserved and any unused days will be refunded save for rental under Special Package and/or promotion where no refund will be accorded as the rentals under any package/promotion is at a discounted rate.

How should I pay for the rental?
All rental payments are strictly via major credit card & cash only. The estimated rental charge for the period plus a refundable security deposit is payable upon collection of car .

Must I refill the petrol tank?
The car is normally filled to a full tank of premium grade petrol. Hirer should refill the petrol to the same level as when the car was collected. If the tank is not refuelled, refuelling fee will be levied.

What if I receive a parking ticket/summonses?
Hirer is responsible for all summonses for parking and traffic violations.                

What happens if the car is damaged, stolen, or in an accident? 
Please notify the incident to the nearest OHBCR office or call OHBCR’s rescue number as stated in the Rental Agreement folder.  In the event of accident do not arrange for towing until you get OHBCR representatives advise.  Please inform OHBCR for approval before Lodge a police report at the nearest police station within 24 hours of its occurrence.

Can the rental vehicle be driven to Singapore?                  
All OHBCR vehicles can be driven into Singapore & all charges pertaining to entering Singapore shall be borne directly by hirer.
